The Recording Academy: GRAMMYs Soundcheck Chatbot

I wrote a multi-month chatbot for Quartz Bot Studio and the Recording Academy, running from the GRAMMY nominations in December 2018 through the ceremony in February 2019. Each week, the bot served up a music story—sometimes timely, sometimes just for fun—through a lively multiple-choice quiz. Every answer (right or wrong) triggered a custom reply, with users working through three trivia questions before unlocking deeper stories on GRAMMY.com. The project earned high engagement and a shoutout from the Recording Academy for its creativity.
