I’m Kyle Ryan, a writer, editor, producer, and general content wrangler. I spent a dozen years working for Onion Inc. in various capacities, from helping run The A.V. Club, to managing The Onion, to building the company’s TV/film development department from the ground up. Most recently I ran development for Exactly Right Media, home to My Favorite Murder and a slew of great podcasts.
I grew up in Houston, but spent more time in Chicago, which I consider my other hometown. I’m part of a power trio with my wife, photojournalist Sally Ryan, and our incredible child. Plus two cats.
