Lime: Social and Branding

Funny story: My first day as a contractor for electric-scooter company Lime was March 16, 2020. In case the PTSD has blocked your memory, that was right when COVID lockdowns kicked in and everyone freaked out. Lime is a micromobility company whose business relies on people being out and about, and its operations effectively ceased.

I worked on the brand team, doing high-level internal branding work while also writing social media content whose focus shifted dramatically during lockdown. Unsurprisingly, the brand team was let go not long after—I have a funny story about that—but I was lucky to keep doing social content for a few months.
